Delivery restrictions are typically limited by weight, not volume.

What delivery zone am I in?
Delivery zones are based on the driving distance from our Northfield Road location to your delivery site. Use the calculator at the top of this page or refer to our Delivery Zones page to determine your zone.
How quickly can you deliver?
“How about now?” is not an uncommon phrase at Sharecost. While we can’t always promise instant delivery, we’re really fast, and rarely need more than a few hours notice.
Can you deliver to steep driveways?
It depends on how steep your driveway is, what you need, and how much you need. If we think it’s going to be tricky, we can send a runner to check it out before we load up the trucks.
Can you deliver a LOT of soil, gravel, mulch, etc?
Definitely. We offer delivery and competitive pricing on large volumes of all bulk materials via our tandem-axle dump truck.
Why is there a delivery charge?
We have to charge a delivery fee to cover commodities like fuel, but we also need to pay for the time and skilled labour required to safely load our vehicles, even if you’re located one block over.
How much do I need?
You can use our simple bulk material calculator to calculate the amount of material you'll need, or call or staff at (250) 758-2401 and we can work it out for you.
As a rough guide, one cubic yard will roughly cover the following areas (length x width x depth):

What products can be delivered?
Anything and everything sold at Sharecost can be delivered, from our bulk materials like sand, soil, and gravel, to our hardscaping products and rental equipment.
About Large-Volume Deliveries
We are happy to offer greatly reduced pricing on most of our products when you order large volumes and have it delivered in our tandem-axle dump truck.
- Minimum orders apply in order to receive the discounted rates: please refer to the individual items above.
- For tonnage deliveries, we cannot specify an exact weight from the supplier. Actual loads will vary slightly from estimate.
- For sand and gravel products, we assume 1.2 tonnes = 1 cubic yard. This is an approximation.
- We must deliver the product in our tandem-axle dump truck in order to receive the discounted rates.
- Delivery charges are extra. See above for current rates (large-volume pricing is based on the "Dual-axle dump truck" or "Dual-axle dump truck & trailer" rates).
- The tandem truck is usually not available on weekends.
