Microgreens and Sprouts
Collection Details
About this Collection
In general, microgreens contain higher concentrations of nutrients than the adult plants of the same species.
Microgreens and sprouts are not the same; the biggest difference between the two being the method of cultivation.
Microgreens are grown in soil in the exact same manner as their full grown counterparts while sprouts are typically started in water and kept in a warm, dark environment.
Sprouts can be ready in a matter days but, due to the nature of the environment that they are produced in, they are more at risk for baterial contamination.
If an item you are looking for is sold out in store, it can usually be ordered in for pickup the following week if it is in stock with our supplier.
