We’ve upped our Natural Stone category at Sharecost – we’ve added a lot of new natural stone and veneers at our Northfield Road location, behind the store. We’ve established new partnerships with suppliers across British Columbia to bring you a full range of natural stone for landscapes that will set your garden apart. Check out the new real stone veneers too. We think you’ll be pleasantly surprised with what we’ve got on site for you!

Sometimes we don’t have to look farther than our Island to find hidden gems. Check out all the amazing colours and textures that Nature has created in our own back yard, right here on Vancouver Island – emerald green, silvers, taupes, deep earth tones, blacks and greys!

From the functional to the flamboyant, here’s what you can expect:

• NATURAL BASALT – Squamish Valley sourced basalt wallstone, steps and stairs
• VENEERS – Natural stone thin veneers from Avaani in beautiful profiles and colours and texures. No two pieces are alike!
• FLAGSTONE – Pennsylvania Bluestone (random edge or dimensional), Sockeye and Micas (oh the colours!)
• SLATE – local Vancouver Island Slates for walkways, patios, tumbled or random edge, thin-set mortar or sand-set
• POND STONE – from feature size boulders to rockeries to fascinating small shapes – these slates rock a water feature!
• GURGLERS – For all the water feature fans out there
• BASALT COLUMNS – Standing stone feature rocks, up to 8’ tall* STAIR TREADS – 6”–8” natural, 7” sawn slabs, 2” tread caps
• SPECIALTY BAGGED AGGREGATES – For water features and concrete counter tops
• POLISHED BAGGED PEBBLES – 1” – 2” for those details that make your garden stand out
• STONE SIGNAGE & FURNITURE – Address signs, business signs, tables, benches. Don’t forget the bird baths!

We Deliver

To move this new material around, we’ve made a couple of recent investments to help get to your job site.

• our trailer and all-terrain forklift allows us to deliver up to 14 pallets of product at once
• we can also deliver large volumes of sand or gravel along with your stone/pavers – at the same time in our new larger trucks!
• move heavy products around your site with our power-tracked wheelbarrows equipped with hydraulic dumpers!
• with our all-terrain forklift we can get your materials as close to your install site as possible
