Radishes - Rivoli Coated

The roots are evenly coloured bright red all over and very round. The smooth, dense flesh is crisp with a notably bright flavour. Harvest the roots when they are 4cm (1½") in diameter, or let them grow a bit bigger - they won't become woody.
